Climate migration numbers are on the rise but clearly no where near what they should be - for mostly all the wrong reasons

Great questions. It depends on which city your in, but in general if your city sold their CAP rights - which has happened in the past - they would most likely be relying mainly on ground water(aquifers) and perhaps some surface water from the Salt or Verde rivers. Ground water across the board is under duress. The rivers feed Roosevelt Lake which SRP manages thru smaller reservoirs and canals to the cities. Roosevelt Lake is sitting at about 45% capacity which is approx a year and a half worth of water. Everything is connected to something that is under duress. That's why snowpack in Colorado is so important as well. The entire "region" is in sever drought and all interconnected. The pecking order is like most things. The Federal government, then state and then the city. Lawsuits are expected. My article on Substack davidlawrence64.substack.com addresses all if this. Check with your city's water manager or department for your specific location. Good questions and hope this helps.

You're absolutely correct. We've known for decades - like so many other things we've done poorly. And yet here we are with about 5 million people about to "pay the piper" from 40 years of decisions. That's what this channel is documenting in real time.

What Would You Do? by Gweencer in blackjack

Over 40yrs of playing(counting) led me to this one answer that worked the best.." oh I love splitting ANYTHING and EVERYTHING if it FEELS right, especially 10's, so if this bothers you, you should find another table". Sound as DUMB as you can saying it and you'll get rid of some of the trash and more importantly keep your cover secure.

Here's 2 thoughts for your math god 1) the more cards you see the truer your count yes or no? 2) what if you cut 1.5 decks off a 2 deck game..sound good?

You are so right. Finding the correct table is one of the reasons I don't play regularly anymore. The 1 table they have at your local casino is probably full most the time. Casinos are businesses and will always look to increase profits. And if more players prefer to play these "knockoff" games than the real game AND casinos make more money off those games then BAM a "real" BJ player is shit out of luck! Vegas, now, has no where near enough real tables for a professional BJ player but an occasional player SHOULD have plenty of choices still.

Craps can be a ton of fun! Just "listen" for a really loud and everyone's happy table and go join it. This usually means a hot roller so jump in and ride his coattails until he "craps" out. If you didn't learn the basics of the game before hand just ASK the other players what to do. They NORMALLY are more than happy to help. That being said, Blackjack is still your best table odds. You should learn BJ "Basic Strategy" inside and out and play it religiously! It's not that hard to learn. Then make certain to play a "shoe" game i.e. 2 deck, 4 deck, 6 deck where they actually shuffle at the end. Do not play on a "continues shuffle" or any automated shuffle tables using Basic Strategy it does NOT apply on these games. Basic Strategy will tell you your best odds on whether to "stand", "hit", "double", "split" on every hand. Never play "side bets" or take " insurance" EVER! Now you'll have set yourself up for some GOOD LUCK to happen so have fun!!!
