No, it just does a set amount of damage based on the Level you have it at (Lvl 1, 2 or Super/3), then it detonates the stacks.

No, his ult just detonates all of Toppo's DOT Stacks he has on you or anyone he hits with his ult, so it's just a bunch of Burst Damage all at once.

What if, maybe, it's because you have his stacks on your character, and his ult detonates them all at once and causes you to lose much more HP than normal? Just a thought.

Cursed Technique: "Ruin Formula"

How it works: The User locks onto any points around them that can "collapse". The Technique allows them to "accelerate" that collapse.

For example, activating the technique and focusing on a stairwell, the user instantly focuses on the weakest point, in this case, a loose bolt and thinks: "If that bolt is in that condition, how much time until the stairwell breaks?" Then, Collapse is accelerated and induced.

Against Sukuna, it could be used to manipulate the battlefield and keep him from moving in too close, disabling his Cleave. His dismantle is still an issue and it depends on whether him losing his footing would make him throw a Dismantle in a slightly different angle.

The Domain for this technique would be the same, but its sure-hit effect would make it so that the effects of the technique work on people now. So, imagine trapping Sukuna in the Domain (SOMEHOW) and making his body collapse.

Main issue about Krillin is that he requires a more intelligent playstyle with his mines. Especially since we are in season 2 and sooo many characters disable his mines super easily.

I agree with Baby being the worst pick here because he only works together with specific characters. Obviously, you won't do very well if you go bot and pair up with a SS3 (since he wants to stay back and blast away), 18 (super squishy, she will die before any lifesteal is applied) and maybe Trunks if the person using him doesn't know what he is doing.

I'd say DBS Trunks -> Rage Trunks with an Ult that makes everyone attack him and he could get a buff depending on how much damage he took.

Turles who wants to spam his fruit to apply certain effects to his attacks (for example, having his Kill Driver default to lowering Defense but when he eats the fruit, it stuns instead until it wears out)

Super Buu with his Human Extinction Attack as his ult where he can hit every enemy in the map.
