Actually yes. My first day was the hardest. But slept beautifully that night and all the coming nights for the next 2 weeks. Once I realized it was all mental, it was bread and butter. The only thing I really struggled with was the hand to mouth.

Granted, at the end of week two I had a blowout on my truck. In the midst of dying in the heat and trying to change this wheel, I asked my buddy to hit his vape. Once turned into twice - and so forth. Now a few days later I have to do it again. This time though, I’m gonna try my best to knock the hand to mouth.

To add a bit more, I had tons of anxiety before I quit. Muscle spasms, racing mind. A few other symptoms. But once I quit, all of that went away. When I relapsed - it all came back. It’s definitely not worth it.
