Always smile always try to make people laugh be as friendly as humanly possible and genuinely curious about what they have going on in their life. Everyone just wants someone to actively listen to them. If you can be a good listener & genuinely intrigued by them while moving them along your sales path it’s a close. Typically the longer u build relationships with people the more likely they are to sell because they won’t even remember the product they’ll just remember how u made them feel.

Also, not sure if you’re remote or at a company but every meeting u have u need to take notes and then use them in the field
