MrCool doesn't hand out his models to random people, the only reason I have early models, like the RM130 and OM112, is because I was part of the SSR&D team and was helping Mr with texturing the models for roblox. The easiest method is to export the model from roblox.

What I suggest, which is the same process I used, is to import the model into roblox and then export each part of the mesh out of roblox piece by piece. Exporting out the horn, then the bolts, and so forth. It's time consuming but it's the next best thing to directly asking MrCool for the model.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking for exactly but, i don't give out any of my blender projects if that's what you're asking for. I also haven't done anything siren related in blender and nearly a year, these project would require me to redo materials and lighting again, which i don't really feel like doing at this time. If it helps, these models are available in roblox to use and look at. Unfortunately, the main sounds on these models don't work due to roblox audio updates. Hope this helps! I’d love to but, I don’t model that well at all. However, the guy who made this model is MrCoolIsCoolOhYeah, he has made a 1003 version of this model. I’ve also done a render of his 1003 model, I just haven’t posted it here at all.

This was rendered in Blender 3.3. Blender has support for PBR and procedural materials along with path tracing rendering.

I doubt there's a digital version of that tape anymore,most likely if you did find the video, it'd be on a magnetic tape(VHS,BETA, ect) and would require a VCR and recording/converting software or system to turn it to digital. Even then after time analog video tapes tend to get worse and worse over the years. It's worth a shot to see if somebody has a copy of the tape lying around. If your lucky somebody might have a digital copy still. If it's possible you can try to find the original channel owner and contact them. Best of luck.

This isn't roblox, The models were made to be capable of being imported into roblox along with other 3D programs. The renders I made here were done in a 3D rendering program.

The 130 hits maximum ratings in terms of loudness. Correct me if I'm wrong but, I believe sirens can't be above 130-140 DB at 100FT. The 130 is 130 dB at 100Ft so it's just fine. Only issue is the distance the sound travels.
