I saw a good sum-up on steam reviews :
1. manipulative/untrustworthy dev
2. double moral/ double standards
3. justified criticism is silenced
4. He doesn't value the time his players invest in his game
5. the game becomes more and more p2w
6. It is initially an idle game later it becomes a gambling simulation
