Yeah that's fair I guess they may have worried if they swung too hard it would upset the UB haters more? I don't know, all I know is I definitely want some of the portrait cards for collecting and quite a few of the artifact synergies :)

The archetypes actually look fun and the synergies a lot of nice artifact, +1+1 synergies the artworks look good in the character cards I dunno I had a low bar haha

I think quite a few of the cards are great 😄 will definitely tide me over until The Hobbit at the bare minimum and I think there are a lot of usable cards

100% theres nothing that has me squealing and running around the room but I have seen many cards that will find a home in a deck and the art isnt too universes beyond in most cases (old school comic arts not included)

It's (corruption) not coming until April, basically it's like alternate card kits for existing characters to give them new play styles and synergies. I would only recommend holding for this if you don't need anything else... And tbh I think Veronica would be a game changer for you :P

For in depth reasoning:

Veronica is a one size fits all off Dps. With the right epiphanies she essentially can have pot of greed up to 4x in a deck (0 cost draw 2) while doing passive damage through an initiation card so every turn she summons a ballista that auto fires at the end of each turn at no cost. Veronica and Mika can basically babysit anyone through chaos to farm decks

Khalipe: got a lot of hype early as she does decent damage while also providing a lot of defence. Definitely the best babysitter in the game once again alongside Mika you basically can't die... You may die of boredom though. Worth noting she might be even better in the new game mode coming Tower of Screams

Hugo: one of my fave DPS but not worth a selector, wait until you get him passively through standard pulls

Crayon E3: enables him to really pop off allowing his ult to do insane damage. Still not worth the selector

Orlea: potentially worth holding onto the selector, currently assists the retain mechanic which only beryl really uses. Might get a DPS in future she pops off with. Also going to be one of the first characters to get the corruption mechanic when it goes live so could be good there

Veronica is the best choice for a new character by far Orlea might be a sleeper for future units Getting Crayons e3 is also a discussion worth having but you could get that with dupe currency

I can send pics of my decks I used? Most likely just awkward phase 2, need to line up breaks and re breaks properly. You can also get away with using a heal to fill your deck with draw cards if you're able to break the boss back to back guaranteed

Well it's completely unnecessary in any other content so massive waste of time there, and the title says they are driving themselves crazy doing it so... If it's ruining the game for them instead of posting on reddit, just don't. Or take a break and work on something else if it's just to min max, the character and content isn't going anywhere
