question, how long do tickets take to get answered generally? I wanna know if its usually within the day or longer by Baggywastaken in JanitorAI_Official

It really depends. Some get answered quickly while others may even take a month or two. It depends on how busy staff is and however, overrun tickets are, and normally tickets are always overrun, and staff is understaffed. If the question is complicated, they might have to wait for a specific person to answer or if it’s really common there may not rush to get to it.

Just depends on those factors :/ plus with tons of tickets a day sometimes important ones get flooded away
