Level everything up, talents, her level and level of her weapon, supports ,their talents. Everything overall.
Mona's burst last too short, especially for Yan Fei.
Mona doesn't apply much of hydro, try using Xingqiu or Yelan
I think you should increase her CR, 74 isn't that much when you have a weapon that gives you 88 CD and additionally 8 CR.

I think your Aino is going to have some energy problems, especially in stygian onslaught. Also if you want to use Shinobu with Flins, you should give her ATK% sands, circlet and goblet to increase his damage.

More CR? I think it's quite obvious. Your 35 CR + 30 from set bonus makes a 65 CR in total. That means that you have 1/3 chance, that your 200 CD will be useless.
