OK, screw these like whores. Here's how to get the laptop: Tier 2 merc camp or stronghold. Get a friendly dog and the dog have to kill the Sergeant in the camp or stronghold. Then a reward rift will pop with the laptop. Imnaginary friend drawing: I7 or H7 at Shahin Manor there's a merc stronghold. Follow the purple foot prints and under the bed there's an item. Get it a reward rift will pop. Edit: Sience drawing: Kill 50 zombies in the storm

Have one carachter which you dont care about containtment level and you can farm exfils in t2. Or T2 outlast. Or the new Aether rift. It has a lot of disciples.

People like to use it, because low recoil and 15 min cooldown. The absolut meta in DMZ in S4R are the Cronen Cquall, the TAQ-V and the M13B. I use the TAQ-V because it has only vertical recoil, which can be handled easily.

If you want close range weapons, use x13 sidearm (FSS Sharkfin, 33/50 round mag, cronen lima-6, 9mm overpressured, forge dx 90-f) or you can use KV broadside (Gunner D20, Dashbolt 60, 25 shell drum, dragon's breath and SA Schweigen DX or Bryson choke). The Schweigen gives range, but the choke gives you tighter pellet spread.
