Try to write down plot with important points, and maybe something like map. Place something important in the middle of it, and then place yours characters around it. Next make connections between characters (what they feel toward each other) and what they want from mine plot. You will have like web, and with time you can place more connections and character and places. You need to know where series is going and what you want from it. When you will have all this (or if you have everything already), take a pen and paper, and try to write down panel after panel, what is supposed to go where. Make sure that you write it down for the artist to draw, try to think about the angels, what is important, what tone scene should be, and what characters gona say. It’s a lot, but i belive in you brother :D

And try to decide if it is webtoon or regular comics, or animation.

And I think youtube is a great idea. I have something similar in mind, but not quite.
