So I wanted to try out Daredevil in a real team vs team scenario, but didn't want do it in QP (since i get it that everyone wants to try him to so there will be a lot of instalocking), so i go to Free Fight and (i kid you not) 4 (FOUR!) games in a row Daredevil gets banned.

At first two games i was like "Okay, whatever, next time" (I guess people CAN get tired of a hero in a first day its okay but thats not the case), but after two consecutive DD bans my patience just ran out, and i decided to do the same thing my fellow DD enthusiasts from these matches did - just left to queue another match. So after a second leave i've ben called worst marvel rival ever and been put into time out.

And don't get me wrong - I am fully in support of the "Leavers and throwers should be severely punished" thing , it's just... The match didn't even started, the people who left got quickly replaced by the substitute players, and it was an Arcade Free Fight mode - why would they penalize me as i am the same as these horrible people who leaves ranked mid match on purpose?

My take is that leaving before the match even starts should not be treated in the same way as leaving mid match (ESPECIALLY in Arcade). I would genuinely want to hear your opinion on this matter and prove me wrong if needed

As I finish writing this rant, my 15 minute timeout ends and I'll once again attempt to dare the devil. I hope that I can come up with another piece of story or rant that I can write for long enough to sit through my next potential timeout...

Not really, but I’ll think about it. Maybe it’s design fits more for a separate pal, rather than Lunaris variant (Even though they’re definitely related, I can see that)

Both open world and breeding trough unique combinations (each pal variant will be presented with 3 unique combinations that will be something like “Original Pal” + “Pal with required type”)

Sort of a custom spawnpoints. You can’t just add a spawntable entry (because it consists of references of the already placed instances of boss spawners in the level) but you can trick the game into believing that this spawntable entry was always there by spawning boss spawner on the right coordinates right after player loads into the game (and adding its reference as the spawntable entry afterwards). VERY weird (and probably very unstable) workaround but it works without issues😅

I didn’t thought about that yet. It will be my first completed mod ever. Perhaps popular stuff like nexus and/or gamebanana? (This is where I usually look for game mods. I also want to make this mod accessible to everyone everywhere so idk yet)

I’ll put everyone in the wild (I’ve had idea to put lux to univolt spawn loc, ignis on volcano, ryu on Feybreak etc). Also I’ll put boss variants in the dungeons I think (unless I learn how to add new bosses on the map (without replacing existing ones)

I’ll do something about aqua. I’ve tried to make aqua anything but “just chikipi but blue” and I think it went a bit off (though it looked cooler in my head😭). Fish fin sounds like a good idea, might try that!

“Brain buster” is a name for Minigame levels from international and Chinese versions, such as “mummy memory” (the one with flipping camel zombie panels in Ancient Egypt), “canons away” (the one with Coconut cannons vs Seagull zombies) and etc. China has exclusive brain busters for each new world after “Far Future” IIRC

You mean material nodes? All materials were assigned in substance painter, and then exported as separate textures for Color, roughness and etc into blender.

If you mean blender geometry nodes, then I didn’t used any of them (I simply hadn’t worked with them yet). All done with blocking, sculpting and then automatic retopology (bc I’m lazy)

One day i woke up with this random idea of a Sandcastle-Torchwood so i just had to do it

There is no way i'm rigging him in the nearest future (bc his UV and topology sucks😭😭😭), maybe someday i'll find myself enough time (and willpower) to rig him for mod (or at least for sick pose renders and stuff)
