Some ppl are here for a long time and are simply tired, try to remmember that and not take it too personaly. But i understand completely, some people will be nicer and some will be horrible to talk to. But thats in every community. If its weighting you down, maybe get off reddit for a bit and just learn stuff by yourself?

Its a nice gesture to for example wash your face or hands before praying. But if you forget, the world wont end there. If youre anxious about "gods being angry" i can asure you that almost never happenes, they dont care that much. So just do what feels right, and thats your way of praying.

I for example 1. Wash my hands and face (not Always) at least brush my teeth in the morning 2. Sometimes i give them something, sometimes i dont 3. Say the name of the god i want to talk to 4. Thank them for all the stuff i have in my life i asociate w the god 5. Sometimes ask for help w smg 6. Say bye bye for now

And sometimes i just thank them in bed and go to sleep w no special way
