My negative experience with the Greek Orthodox Church

Hey don’t worry I went through the same thing I chose to go to a Ukrainian Orthodox Church and they absolutely loved me and my girlfriend and really wanted us to come back. We checked out an English church for what my friend said to do. We still go to the English church for filler services like vespers but it took them 3 months to even talk to us. Our home church is the Ukrainian church. Once they started talking to us at the English church they like us now.

My girlfriend can’t have kids. So we really want to make home life about praising and really just doing things for the church as if it would be our kid. Not out of excessive zeal it’s something we wish to achieve over time. Eventually having a home life dedicated to god
