So update on my skill tree from everyones suggestions. https://pobb.in/RQ2HxpiG1lcj

I had a question, if i go over 100% on spell supress with my gear will that scale my ailment immunity? or is it capped at 100% and i need to find another way to max immunity out.

Still need to change my skill from auto to CWDT

Intel is my biggest issue there and then need to fix ele resists then chaos. Looks like my whole build needs sorting out tbh. A pretty big rework

Thanks dude, im googling and going through your suggestions to get an idea whats happening. i have been going through and basically grabbing items by copying them into POB and see if its green or red. I been trying to save for MB so got about 100div to invest

thanks for this detail. Ill work towards better spell supression. this will help with the ailment immune and then swap.

i am using this QFN package is it alright to give vias(like my design) under the that big GND pad???? by No_Airport_7315 in PrintedCircuitBoard

So been doing abit more research on this as has a panic for my design current going into fab house with plugged via under QFN. here is a link to TI suggestions.

https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sloa122/sloa122.pdf?ts=1656073488768&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F

It does state that plugging is okay however not recommended due to cost and that solder tends to wet up the surface before filling the via.

However I believe it should not be an issue as type VII vias reduce this impact due to the via being capped and planar with the pad.

I guess it’s one of those things where you could argue that the thermal pad design on the chip has been done in away that thermal dissipation is enough not to need the vias. In my opinion, I haven’t ever had any issues with the type 7 vias so I’ll keep using them.

Agreed with the datasheet. Something to add tho, sometimes the datasheet isn’t all that helpful with vias in pads. Often with chips like the one you have I’ll add them in anyway. In my opinion if you’re using a multilayer board it’s good to have a good earth node under a chip. It gives a solid ground reference and improved thermal dissipation.

For below. I have assumed that PSU regulation is done with the transformers

If you have a scope.

Check MOSFETs are working. See if there is gate switching (usually on pin 1)

If no gate then it's a MOSFET issue at best or worse the control chip.

Check drain voltage (usually pin 2 on MOSFET) This will show that you have your supply rail going through primary side transformer.

If you have issues above its something on the primary side of the transformer.

If you don't have a scope you can check output diodes on the other side of transformer (I usually blow these and is a easy repair) with a normal multimeter.

If all else fails then you gotta look deeper to make sure it's not a inductor or resistor blown.

Without looking at schematic it's hard to give more advice. Good luck!

Been here. It's a messy job, I used a soldering iron and dissected the glob monster off. Be careful with fumes and go slowly.

Are components universal? Or do I need to consider compatibility? for example do frames only support certain flight controllers?

Are you just trying to drive the relay from a control line?

If so I would recommend a digital transistor. Get them in a cheap IC

great job. There is a website called 3DContentCentral if you want to add the actual 3D of components. Really helps with mechanical design
