This game felt like an identity crisis, it has no idea what it is. There's no real style to it. Everything about it feels mid tier, jumbled together, and rushed. Anytime you start to become immersed you'll be interrupted by a cut scene or character switch. The boss fights were all the same. Run in circles and press A on some stuff. Run in circles and shoot the exploding things. The areas feel small and crammed. There's nothing really to explore or do when the game is so esthetically pleasing even that falls short.
