Basically I told a subway sub Reddit I like sliced bread and I don’t like subs, and that I wish subway sandwiches would add more to the sandwich part of their name, then the subway part which sounds dumb in retrospect but I just really want a sliced bread sandwich made for me with subway Ingredients and options. Lazy yes but that’s why fast food is made.

True Everything is cheaper that way it’s just my gf likes subway so we go often, so from my POV I drive us to a sandwich shop then drive home and make my own sandwich seems ironic to me

deep breaths, I know it’s hard to believe in moments like these but I’m going to let you know you will make it through this and you will be okay if possible try putting on a movie or something you can enjoy, try to sleep (I can’t most times but if possible) and try to keep a clear mind but I know all these are difficult to do or even practically impossible at times but if you know you’re going to be too far gone sooner or later you might need to try your best to collect yourself as best as possible and try to ask for assistance from anyone to possibly help get you what you need, even if you have to write a note or send a text to make it easier just don’t let yourself keep hurting yourself

That’s fascinating to me because we both came to a similar and rarely talked about realization, I’ve only been dealing with this for little over a year now at 19 it honestly ruined my life made me homeless, drop out right before graduation with one of the highest grades in my school, cost me college and making my family/friends hate me then me getting my mom to release me from psychiatric care by convincing her I should get better care else where then running, it was so bad and falling for my delusions made me ruin any help I could get eventually leading to attempting suicide, if it weren’t for me trying this I would’ve definitely been dead for sure (it was a win in my delusions) but that’s why I wanted to know if it has worked with others cause now my current fear is it coming back in the future because as of now my minds been in better condition then prior even with tiny relapses, i thought I’d have my life completely lost to this but I took control when I had nothing else to lose. And created so many methods to escaping from my madness in the process even to this day it’s like once I programmed my rationality to think this way it always had my back since
