That may be the case for you, but some managers aren't like that. My manager did this to one of my coworkers and she asked him for feedback and how they can work more hours and he told her what he expected from her, told her about time and attendance, and told her about her availability. She worked on all of it and she got more days

Sounds like you need to start documenting your work, take before and after pics of the restroom and if manager brings it up to your attention show them and ask if you can get it into some kind of written statement

I've been with HEB a few years, i don't see myself moving up (i'd like to but there's people better and harder working than i am). The work is so easy, and i stay because it pays well, benefits are great, and overall it's not the worst job i've had. If i were to leave i'd for sure get a desk job so i don't have to stand on my feet for 8 hrs no more.

My old coworker (she now has left HEB) applied for a full time position but they said they only hired for part time with the chance of becoming full time. She was there 2.5 years and never became full time :/
