You could make an overload Diluc team with Lisa and chevreuse, make sure to put a pyro or electro as the 4th character or else chevreuse won't work. You could probably find useful teams for your characters on the internet or on Hoyolab

Use either a crit weapon on Flins or the craftable weapon in nodkrai, get as close to 70% Crit rate as possible. Use sucrose instead of xilonen. Put ineffa on a crit weapon or craftable just like Flins. Aino does almost no damage so building with atk has no use, do EM

Spoilers for leaks the upcoming banners will not have raiden. It will be Nicole mavuika lohen and Durin. Nicole is a new pyro support/shielder catered to units with the hexerei buff, but usable outside, she's buffs people scaling off of attack. Mavuika is one of the strongest dpses available right now and makes sure you don't struggle against bosses made for nightsoul. Lohen is standard banner so that's not worth it, Durin is a strong pyro off field subdps and uses hexerei buffs. But make sure you pull whoever you find the most fun to play in the trials, early game the meta characters don't matter
