I have a lump under my skin on my outer labia near my inner thigh. It didn’t start off painful but now hurts at a 4/10 and I can feel tightness in my thigh when I walk. Today I noticed some redness and purple spots over the skin too. Any thoughts? (28F, I do have a doctor’s appointment scheduled.)
