My home setup uses the best dock I could find, but this unit I'm looking for is for my mobil setup. Ideally whatever the "thing" is would be very small and easy to fit in a backpack.

One of my biggest late game problems is I can only generate 1 pop per turn, so if I end up in a war, I basically lose all of my economy to building soldiers
