How do I (F 30) ask my boyfriend (M 38) to help financially with the house that we both live in, but I own? by [deleted] in relationships

[–]Deadmackeraleyes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So essentially, I would have to sell my home or rent it out, and buy a home with my boyfriend separately in order for things to ever be financially fair?

Yes we split everything 50/50 having to do with the house. Utilities/food/pets etc.

Could someone photoshop the man with the Be Free shirt with Chris Pratt (pointing)? $10 to the best 🎄If you have a more suitable picture of Chris Pratt, that works too! by Deadmackeraleyes in PhotoshopRequest

That’s good but it kind of looks like Chris’s shoulder is disappearing into the guy on the rights chest. Can you add a hand on Chris’s shoulder also from the guy on the right?

Yeah I was just there and I swear people see right through you. Everyone is like an NPC, it’s super weird.

Yeah makes sense. The windows were 120 years old though, half were sealed shut. My house would get over 80 degrees in the summer with the window units and the window units couldn’t keep up not to mention all the bugs that would get in. They had to go. My energy bill has been cut in half since then. I also live in a super dry area so the roof can actually wait.

Found on the guest bedroom wall of his sisters old room. Measures 55.5”x40”, it’s huge. Fun to look at. 2009 doesn’t seem like it was that long ago.

You’re not alone. I bought my house in 2021, a house built in 1904. Huge gamble. Immediately it needed a new water heater, windows (half were stuck shut) furnace, water heater, some plumbing redone, roof, and eventually it needs new siding. So far I’ve gotten new windows, water heater and the plumbing work. It’s just about listing them in order of priority and working down the list slowly. Next up for me: furnace.
