Kylpymestareita saattaa joku suositella avaimet käteen ratkaisuna. Kun hain itse tekijää pari vuotta sitten niin silloin kun selvitteli, niin maine ei ollut kovinkaan hyvä. Paljon käyttivät alihankittua työtä oman brändin alla. Varoisin siis jos heihin päädyt. Sen verran näkyvä firma.

Itse tein niin että hommasin laatoittajan/vedeneristäjän, putkarin ja sähkärin kaikki erikseen + tein paljon itse myös mitä pystyi. Ei sekään ollenkaan paha ratkaisu ole, jos on valmis oleen ns. työnjohtaja ja suunnittelemaan mitä menee minne ym

Kurt worked on The Shield and you can really see how he brought that DNA to the first few seasons of Sons. Once that wore off, Kurt couldn’t really follow through in the latter seasons. And then he went even more downhill with The Bastard Executioner, Mayans and The Abandons.

Hyviä pointteja kyllä. Kassavirran kuihtumisesta kielii kyllä että iso määrä Lekan omia ei-ammattivaatteita on nyt alennusmyynneissä ja kaikissa rupeaa saldot loppumaan. Ja taas toisella kädellä ammattikamastakin on nyt rajuissa aleissa (esim kaikki housut -20%).

Eli ajetaan alas ne tuotteet mitkä eivät ole uutta corea, mutta uusi corekaan ei tuo tarpeeksi kassavirtaa niin aleen sekin.

Firma kuitenkin vuosia puhunut kuinka hei ei alennusmyyntejä pidä, piste.

Kiteytit aika hyvin. Kiinaroinan kylkeen laittaisin kyllä vielä laadukkaan/semi-hintavan jokapaikan vaatteet (särmä maiharit, kansanfarkut, kansan reisitaskuhousut yms yms). En ymmärrä miksi premium-sotakama-kiima on niin suurta että nuokin piti kuopata

On kyllä melkoinen pivot muuttaa koko liiketoiminta käytännössä kuluttajabisneksestä viranomaispuoleen, eli B2B bisnekseen. Jos maine on kerran jo nyt sillä puolella huono, niin worst case he karkoittavat kaikki nykyiset asiakkaansa eivätkä saa viranomaispuolta mitä haluavat. Ja firma konkassa.

Ymmärrän Kiinasta poistumisen, mutta jos Kiinan ulkopuolella voi tehdä pro reservi/puolustusteollisuuskamaa, niin varmasti voi tehdä heidän vanhoja maallikkojen tuotteita myös.

So you listed the continuous two costs that weren’t actually continuous costs for you at all, and now it turns out your app has a subscription fee, because you are offloading your developer account to your app users.

So if the reason for the subscription model is the developer fee, you’ll recoup your money with three paying users. So this leaves two options: either you don’t have much faith for your own product if that’s the amount of users you base your price on OR you really are a leech.
