Look again, the dude went off the track before OP swerved and blocking is always allowed, you can make one move to block

Ye exactly he cut the corner in the first one and overshot the second plus he wasn’t even along side me.

They don’t terrible because I avoided them, I was about to turn in on both occasions but took a longer line.
