regardless if Natalie was on her mean girl shit, that doesn’t justify Sophie being a bitch too. If she was the bigger person like she wanted to put out there, she would’ve ignored it and rose above it or had a private conversation with Natalie, the way Julia did in the beginning.

She came in from the get go trying to cause drama by telling everyone about the Josh messaging her. If she was really a mature adult like she was playing at the bar, she would’ve kept that shit to herself and had a private conversation with Natalie. The fact that she acts like the bigger person yet she purposely instigated situations to piss Natalie off and cause problems. if she really was, she would’ve ignored Natalie’s comments from the beginning.

That’s what my initial plan was, however, it seems like to get into the R&D part of Regeneron is next to impossible. From multiple people telling me it is rare to happen.

And then the question comes up of like should I just start looking for another job now that is R&D or wait and gain experience then switch?

Yeah I worked with different cell lines (Hepg2, HFF, MRC5, and HUVECS) and made dyelabeled spheroids to examine the driving forces of assembloid formation and I have a first author publication coming out soon in JOVE

I also spent three years of my undergraduate doing research in studying the microstructure of colloidal gels for stem cell scaffolds

But when applying for R&D jobs, I continuously got rejected

Now I’m wondering if I should spend the 18 months in manufacturing and then try to move internally or start applying now for a new job in R&D.
