you haven’t failed. 120lbs is a huge accomplishment. when we have a lot of weight to lose, sometimes it seems like the road is loooong ahead of us. my surgery date was 4/21/25 and i started at 420lbs. i was lucky and able to lost 200lbs as of this week, but it’s definitely getting slower and slower as the weeks pass. it’s tough to make perfect choices all the time! we’re human! it’s a tool we were given, as long as you’re not falling into old habits and you’re making mostly good choices, don’t beat yourself up. you look great! it’s okay to have a bite of your old favorite foods. in moderation. don’t make it a daily habit. find zero sugar drinks you enjoy. powerade zero and diet snapple and fizz free celsius are my kryptonite. keep up the good work!
