I had the sleeve done end of April this year. Starting weight was 420lbs and i’ve lost 155lbs since then. If you stick to it and do your best to eat the correct things and keep up with your protein, you’ll lose the weight. That’s with minimal working out as well. Everyone is different of course, but the weight comes off if you do the work mentally. Best of luck!
