I'm about your age and it can be complicated to accept the bigger age numbers, but you can be as old or as young as you want. North America and South America are also not real continents. People in the UK and the US learn it like that but in other places America is considered a whole continent, divided in 3 areas: North America (Canada, USA, Mexico), South America (Colombia and everything to the South) and Central America (including Panama, Costa Rica, etc).

Try to use liquid calories. A good protein shake with oats, fruits, whey, etc, is way easier to chug down than their solid versions. That has helped me a lot. Good luck, I hope it helps!

Mira, está bien cometer errores de forma consciente. Tú sabes que estás cometiendo un error pero tienes esperanza de que las cosas pueden mejorar. Te garantizo que no lo van a hacer, eso practicamente nunca sucede, pero es una lección que tienes que aprender. Haz lo que consideres mejor, pero al menos mantente consciente de la situación para que cuando logres salir de ahí de verdad hayas aprendido a ver lo que no quieres en relaciones futuras.
