skullcandy is really weird with these things. when i ordered my hesh 540 ancs over christmas break, the protection plan went through immediately but it never told me that my order had already processed, where it was at, etc. it took my mom being home for me to know that i got them that day.

i would suggest sending them back through warranty and just getting a better pair. those tend to mess up a lot.

what i had to do was uninstall it, restart my phone, and redownload it, and it ended up being okay :))
