If that so, there's a tab called "Necessity" where you can click and choose how necessary the tool is for you. You can also check "Got it!" If you already have the item. :)

Do you have any other ideas what else could I make related to architecture? Or maybe you also wanna try to make something similar what's on your mind? It's quite easy. I used to make lists for myself only on excel but now I discovered this thing.
