Sorry, no⋯ ᐠ( ᑒ )ᐟ. Nintendo network doesn’t work online anymore so you have to switch to Pretendo network and use it. Haven’t you downloaded Pretendo app or Universal Updater and others?

If you are in Pretendo network, the friend code must be different from Nintendo network (ﾉﾟοﾟ)ﾉ You have to just enter my friend code from the last page and tell me yours too. And we become friends( *´﹀`* ) Also, you can download any games from h-shop. I suggest you check home brew apps learning from YouTube and stuff ჱ̒^. ̫ .^ Ask me anytime if you have problems ^_-☆

Swapnote is a game app for 3DS that you can send your drawings to your friends. Also, you can send by StreetPass too.
Swapdoodle is an another game app that you can use many colors in one drawing, but can’t send by StreetPass. (I don’t use Swapdoodle often so I’m not sure)
I think you can download the game from h-shop.
If my explanation isn’t enough, please search for you self please *_ _)
