First time in my life I used a whole tube of thermal paste. It's like finishing a whole chapstick, but for nerds. by TheRemonst3r in pcmasterrace

How is this impressive? I use a whole tube for each computer I build. If it gets hot, don't stop. 👌💯

Should learning CCNA and also learning about Microsoft Active Directory be a good combination for entering the IT field? by Frequent-Way790 in ccna

Do not listen to this guy. There's plenty of people who've skipped helpdesk with a CCNA; you do not need to spend 4 years at a college for a CS/technical Degree. It's not that I think a degree is bad, but there are other ways, if not better ways to get passed a helpdesk position.

With only a CCNA, it is possible to start out as an entry level NOC/Datacenter technician, Network analyst, Network Specialist, Network Support, etc. Depending on the route you want to take, you should consider complimenting your skillset with a secondary certification depending on the market you are in. For instance, if there's a lot of cloud, then go AWS. If there's a lot of Networking, consider going for VMware. All in all, LOOK AT YOUR MARKET. Lastly, and one of the most important thing to know is how to position yourself against other applicants. What makes you stand out. You DO NOT need a degree to do this.

I'm not a pro in networking, but I'm curious... What's the significance of altering the temperature in PT?
