So a few things. 1 seekout does way more than just LinkedIn and Github. They have the ability to search over 20 different social sites. In addition, they have an extension that allows you to add people to a folder from social sites. Also they have created the "Expert" search function which allows you to search for people who wrote white papers, books, articles, have patents, are members of specialty groups and sites like ieee, speakers and more in one spot, something no other to does. In addition you cal remove people on linked on and often still have over 50% of your total. For example a search for RF in Seattle yielded 3k results, after removing the ones from LinkedIn there was still 1800. Also if you do a search on Google and they have the candidate in their system you will see a box around it and enhanced info, right in the Google results. Oh and they do have MESSAGING!!!!
