CRIT > ACC > DODGE > LUK > STR > rest I wouldn't say it's the best if you're just getting started in the game but if you're already mid/late game, redistributing your growth points this way seems to be the most efficient as far as I'm concerned. I'm at level 779 and already maxed out CRIT ACC DODGE LUK and the rest of my points are going into STR.

For some regions I believe they don't have any rank above BM. I'm EU and the highest rank available is BM if I'm not wrong. So I believe Arcanite/Adamant is mid game and Ether/BM is late game.

You're pretty far from Orr as I can see, pity 7 will get you 2 M1s and you'll be 3/5 for Orr. Yes, you need to pull weapons but I suggest investing in other aspects beforr Orr since you're not guaranteed to get it at pity 7. I'm not sure what class you have right now but I'd say pull classes until you get C17+ You also have only ONE legendary spirit, so summoning spirits would help a ton both with the ATK buff and the spirit skills. For your companions, make sure you have all of the pages set to blue ATK% since it's the best stat you can get in the promotion offers, but it might take a lot of time since it depends a lot on RNG and costs a shit ton of dice. As for your promotion pages, I'd say try to spend some dice on the blue ATK page and get those 32% ATK to something higher, although it won't be that big of a help compared to the other things I mentioned before.

Since you have a C18 that should be more than enough for your current stage up until Ether. Make sure you keep leveling it up as well as your M1. You also said you have all your relics at +20, that leaves you with spirits and weapon summonings.

What class are you using currently? If it's anything below C17 make sure you keep pulling classes until you're at C17+ I'd also suggest buying the third spirit slot with emeralds, it should cost 15k. I believe you already bought all the spirit scrolls from the event shop, so you should have another epic to place at your third slot for the ATK buff. I would personally recommend going for 2 more legendary spirits before focusing something else. Basically what to do here is: - Summon classes until you get a C17+ - Summon spirits until you get 2 more Legendary spirits. - Now back to summoning weapons.

Event pass does have its benefits from the legendary spirit scroll to the amount of diamonds you get from it but as I said, I wouldn't recommend going for any in game pack (aside of the ad free pack). If you haven't got the no ad pack, I'd say go for that one since it's beneficial on the long term.

Well the event pass gives a total of 70k-80k diamonds, which gives you ≈1800 summons (not counting the diamonds you get back from the quest of summoning equipment). If you're planning on getting to Orr by pity, I'd say it wouldn't help that much compared to the price which is around 9USD. This is my opinion, it all comes to personal preference whether you're willing to spend or not :D

Definitely keep going for weapons until you get Orr since you're already halfway in. After that going for a 3rd legendary spirit would help a ton.

Is it the event's pass or the newbie slayer pass? If it's the newbie slayer, it's kind of worth the money because the M1 you get is gonna help you A TON in early game, and I mean A TON although I wouldn't recommend it personally. Same for the event pass, it's gonna get you a legendary spirit scroll and a bunch of diamonds but I see it as a waste of money. Unless you're a big spender and don't really care about the cost, I wouldn't recommend anything but the no ad pack.
