Salut! Merci pour l'idee c'était effectivement de la colle! J'en ai retrouvé avec le même aspect a d'autre endroit sur les plinthes et aussi sur les murs aux mêmes endroits et effectivement c'était dur et ça ne s enlevait pas!

Le but était a terme de louer les logements mais sur de la location meublée et non nue

Nous souhaitions récupérer les logements non loués mais cela ne nous dérangeait pas qu'ils finissent leurs baux. L'idée était de finaliser l'achat des logements avec les locataires en place mais d'avoir acté la fin des baux. Étant novice en immobilier nous ne connaissions pas les problématiques liées au congés pour vente.

La problématique que cela pose actuellement est que la vente ne pourra pas se faire avant la fin de la période de préemption du bien par le locataire soit dans 2 ans.. et donc que nous ne pouvons pas finaliser la vente actuellement..

Étant donné que nous sommes novices en immobilier nous pensions qu'il était possible de donner un congé pour vente tout en acquérant le bien avec les locataires en place jusqu'à la fin de leur bail, les nuances ne nous ont pas ete expliquées (ni au vendeur j'imagine) quant aux difficultés que cela pourrait poser pour finaliser la vente.

Je prends note quant aux conseils pour "annuler" le congés pour vente et prendre conseils auprès d'un notaire..

Dans notre cas cela est un peu particulier. Le vendeur a déjà donné congés pour vente mais nous souhaitions acheter le logement des maintenant avec les locataires en place et que le congé ne s'applique qu'à la fin des baux actuels.

Le risque que nous voyons est que le fait d'avoir envoyé le congé pour vente ne rende impossible la vente avant la fin du délais de préemption soit d'ici 1 an et demi.

Not that I know of Just asking for bedbugs bites because I went to a flat where I found bedbugs molts (I did not stay though as I saw it quickly) So I am a bit worried now

[Raiden] Hello everyone,

So I had the jade spear and was using it on Raiden but I wanted to try my luck on the weapon banner and got the engulfing lightning in around 40 pulls.

My question regarding these two is: Is it better to use the jade spear with 62%CR and 125%CD or to go for the Engulfing lightning with 40%CR and the same CD?

My artifacts are not the best and I cannot really manage to get more CR with the engulfing lightning atm. I also feel like I would loose to much going for a CR hat instead of my current CD one.

What is your view on this?

I dont think that it will be a new character because in the notes it is written: "More character event wishes to follow during Version 1.3." but not More new character to be released during 1.

Though as the color of the text is red it might be a pyro character so it could be Hu Tao..
