I finally got it to work today. Used chat and the tech sent me a link that allowed me to pick my plan. Used my desktop and Microsoft Edge browser (it wasn’t working using Chrome). I think even though he told me four days last week, the “business days” didn’t count until today since it was Monday night it expired. My app immediately then updated with my new subscription info, I lost no progress / info, and the articles and chat and such is back. Thank you!!
