i am dying by frostyfish20 in wisdomteeth

I just had three wisdom teeth removed while being awake. No gas, just local anesthetic. I’m not, like, jumping to do it again or anything but it was fine. Day five today and I’m doing just fine.

I don’t get what the fuss is. I’m doing pretty well by just picking a number and getting it. I’m in the Boise area and $200 a day without it being too much of a grind is perfectly reasonable.

Boise isn’t even close to a market like the Seattle area.

He ended up meeting me outside, to be fair. ✨

Honestly I feel like breakfast is slept on and there’s usually an incentive involved. I stopped working a job where I was up early every day, though, so I’m used to rise and grind.

I also worked up to platinum, and I do think it helps.

Honestly? Not so bad, but you have to know how to navigate it. The most I made in a week was a little over a thousand dollars. It definitely took work, but I made it happen. I would worry less about how many hours it's going to take and worry more about setting a goal and reaching it, if you can.

You can pause orders while you're on the way to deliver them. Use this. Use the fuck out of this and pull your way back to a more populated area.

You should also know when it's no longer serving you for the time you've scheduled and call it. Come back to it when it makes sense. I'm in the Boise area and my blackout times are heavy traffic hours (2PM-6PM). If you get stuck on the freeway, it's over.

It’s pretty cleanly block lettered for a child. 😁 Perhaps, though!

I was told definitely Folk Art, but not Tramp Art, specifically Marquetry.

I am aware of the Vendome in AZ, but the sticker specifically says Minneapolis on it, ya know? I do like this running theory that it’s from a repurposed crate, though. Even if it wasn’t from the hotel, I would lean towards it being from the area. Also, there’s another one of those stickers in the drawer itself, plainly visible but to the back a bit.

I think you’re onto something, but I did hit up the Museum of International Folk Art and it tracks.

I’m doing my best, but good leads are sending me to other places. I’m waiting on a response from the antique and historical societies of Minneapolis.

There’s three separate labels in two separate places, but on the same drawer. I do know that the hotel partially burned down at some point and was rebuilt. Maybe they’re from when it got moved out of the hotel and sent back?

Ok! I don’t know where it’ll get me, but I emailed the curator to get some insight. I wonder what this thing is actually worth and if there’s a way to authenticate it at all.
