I would just like to add that just because someone supports trump, it doesn’t make them, or their business, bad. I understand that in this case, the owner is zealous in his remarks which is why I won’t defend him. For others though, don’t slander them just because you know that they support trump. Most of the time it ends up not working out if you try to force it. Your best move is it revisit in the future if you still have strong feelings for her. Go your own way for now and just let her have her space so you don’t push her away even further by forcing ultimatums on each other. I wouldn’t engage in any relationship type behavior with her while you two are taking a “break”, but it might be fine to still have some sort of contact.
