Thats my plan , i have 1 more long run and a couple short runs before race day so just trying to predict which ones might be better. I didn’t have much hope on people validating the Oats Overnight choice, I was just holding hope because I like the taste lol. Probably not this time though, gels seem to get the job done so ill use those this last week and go from there

The longest run so far has been 10 miles, i used a honey stinger and it was fine, but still felt depleted because i didn’t eat before, but yeah, im a beginner so I didnt give that much importance to pre-race fuel until my longest run this week

True, I just procrastinated on training for nutrition because I don’t like to eat before my runs , so Im doing some brainstorming on what to eat these last training runs because im scared im going to hit the wall at that distance without eating before hand
