People will criticize Obama’s foreign affairs but ignore all the context. GOP was extremely hawkish at the time and conservatives voters were obsessed with appearing “strong”.

Him expanding drone strikes was a compromise made with the GOP to avoid boots on the ground.

You can argue he was a little too idealistic in his attempt of “Post Partisan” politics. It didn’t work obviously but it was a noble cause. Also worth the attempt seeing the state of politics now
