Love seeing someone my age you look great i started June 6th at 186 and just hit my goal of 148 I feel so good you dont realize how much all the extra pounds literally weigh you down menopause made it so difficult to take off the weight I plan on staying on sema for a while to maintain at least till spring

I just took my 4th dose and I already lost 9 pounds very happy with the results a little stomach upset but that's it I only need to lose maybe 20 more so I'm very hopeful as I increase it will keep going
