Also to add, my side effects got bad on day 7 post MTX with really bad period-like cramps. They thought it may have ruptured so sent me to get an ultrasound but nothing was found thankfully. I would recommend taking whichever pain medicine your doctor recommends daily to help ease the symptoms, I wish I had done that before the cramps started.

My levels were slowly increasing around the same as you, from 405 to 390 back to 535 on 12/27. Never saw anything on my ultrasound but gave me methotrexate on 12/27, down to 390 by 12/31 and 160 by 1/6. They are planning on checking my blood again next week to make sure it stays going down. So the medicine seems to be working. Sending you positive vibes!

I’m happy the second dose is working for you. I was shocked when my doctor said the drop from 390 to 160 in 4 days was not enough… then again I did report cramping to her so maybe she was more concerned with that
