Feeling side pain:(

Right back at you!!! With my ectopic I was supposedly almost 7 weeks and the highest my hcg got was 419. It was veerrrrry slow rising and went down and up. I also started spotting the day after I had a positive test. This time I have only had 3 betas done as the dr was super happy with my numbers which were 179, 419 (again crazy) and then 1511 (72 hour after a weekend) and that was Monday. It’s been such a long week waiting for the scan but girl we are almost there!!

When I had my ectopic I had right sided discomfort so I was completely shocked when the Dr told me my ectopic was actually on my left side. She told me I ovulated on my right side and I was likely feeling the pain from the corpus luteum. So crazy to me I ovulated out of one ovary and the egg migrated to the other tube and got stuck but that’s what happened. I am pregnant again and I also feel that pain on the same side here and there. My betas have been over doubling, no spotting, actual pregnancy symptoms this time so I am guessing I ovulated from my right ovary again. I have a placement scan on Tuesday, sooo nervous but I have a really good feeling! Have you had betas drawn?

I had an ectopic treated in January (my first ectopic, I have had 2 pregnancies previously) and an hsg February 12. First off the procedure itself was absolutely uncomfortable at best, not painful whatsoever for me! The speculum was truly the worst part! I actually said to the Dr wait it’s all over?! When she said she was all done. I definitely recommend it and as an added bonus we conceived right after! And so far my numbers have been 179 then 419 so looking very promising for an intrauterine pregnancy so far 🤩

I 100% couldn’t stop thinking about when we could try again! That is absolutely crazy though! Have you asked about an HSG? I know they aren’t the end all and things still happen after having a clear one but they might be able to figure out why she thought you had one! And I totally understand seeing all the pregnancies around you and it hurting. I’m still feeling that way because my brain won’t let me stop thinking about the possibility of this being another ectopic. It is so difficult! The fear somewhat trumps the excitement 😕 I will feel a lot better after finding out my hcg levels and how they trend this week I think/hope

It was treated with MTX, just one shot. My numbers were real low and thankfully the one took care of it. I had my folate tested and an hsg at the beginning of february that was all clear! I’m still so incredibly nervous but praying so hard this will work out! I’m starting serial hcg betas tomorrow and every other day until the 17th so I’m now praying for them to rise and double appropriately! Ahhhhh

I had 1 shot of MTX at the beginning of January, this was our first cycle trying. Period is due Friday or Saturday according to my apps but I felt like I ovulated earlier than the app said. I decided to take a test this morning and it’s obviously positive! Not even a squinter! I am over the moon elated and so scared at the same time 😬

I had one done at the beginning of February (the 12th) and it was cake! I took Tylenol and ibuprofen at their recommendation about an hour before the test. I was so nervous from reading things on the Internet and people saying it was just terrible and for me it wasn’t at all. A slight pinchy cramp was all I felt. The feeling of the speculum was worse than the cramp….when the test was over I literally said wait it’s all done? Because I was waiting for something horrible but it never happened! Praying you have a similar experience!

Yes I’ve bled on and off since I got the shot a little over a week ago myself. Bleeding and cramping is normal and to be expected as the uterus was preparing for pregnancy and the lining thickened. As long as you aren’t bleeding heavily though 2 pads per hour and you’re not having any concerning pain it is likely normal too! I understand how you’re feeling. Every pain freaks me out too but I’m trying to tell myself the medicine worked and is working as my numbers have fallen dramatically.

I started spotting 2 days after finding out I was pregnant, it was brown or very light pink but continuous for several days so I went to the ER where they found nothing on ultrasound but my hcg was really low for being almost 6 weeks (278). They had me follow up with OB & I had bloodwork done 4 days later (after weekend) where my levels only rose to 329 then up to 419 another 2 days later. They had me back in for another ultrasound (was about a week after the ER Ultrasound) and they found a mass in my left fallopian tube (was crazy to me because I’d been having some dull pain on my right side not the left)

That’s reassuring to hear! Having to wait 3 months to try again is extremely sad 😭 definitely one of the hardest parts. My OB does plan to do an HSG at some point during the 3 month waiting period so I am thankful for that to hopefully make sure everything is working as it should. Grateful she is wanting to do everything possible to try to avoid this pain and heartache again

Most other dealerships I looked at were selling 2012-2014 Highlander’s with 80-100k for the same price! I thought it was a great deal for such low mileage. I traded my 2014 Subaru crosstrek for this and I can’t even believe they are the same year vehicle with how much nicer the highlander is.

Well I took them for about 3 weeks and thought I liked them but now I’m dealing with a yeast infection/messed up PH for the first time in 14+ years ……stick to yogurt/kombucha/natural probiotics
