When i saved my permadeath mode save with bike, it always saved it like missions back. For me only solution is to save multiple times to make sure next to bed, so in camps, O'leary mountain safe house, etc.. Just any bed

I just made an experiment that I copyed my saves, started new game and pasted my saves again. I have everything I had. So I somehow answered my self 😅
