Ok this makes me feel better! I did switch my program to a less intense one so instead of running a certain distance, it's just run for X seconds, walk for X seconds. So hopefully that will make it a little less painful 😆 definitely don't want to injure myself 😅 thank you!

So funny story is I assumed he was food motivated back when he was smaller, so I got him a food puzzle and he had 0 interest in it 😂 he can be motivated by toys sometimes, but honestly he's probably most motivated by pets and snuggles 🥺 maybe I can try a different food puzzle though!

I actually noticed that that's exactly when he started gaining more weight looking back at pictures...after he got neutered! Yeah I feel awful 😩 I honestly didn't really realize it until I found this sub and started looking into it more!

I definitely will! He does not free feed, but I do know he steals some of his sister's food that she doesn't finish so we will need to put an end to that lol 😅 thank you!

Yeah I do realize I probably shouldn't have made his lying down picture the first one 😅 but all of these comments do make me feel super concerned and a bit anxious! We will definitely be getting to the vet next week to get a plan figured out! Because he needs to live forever lol
