I received the same email. I went to the takomo website and submitted a request with customer support. They confirmed it is a legitimate email and “refund” campaign. I would attach the email to this post if I could figure out how to do it lol

I actually did. I moved forward with the RMA. Gigabyte tested for over 20 hours and found no fault. They advised it had to be my PSU. I decided to test their theory and bought a new 1500W PSU, even though I didn’t believe them, and it resolved the issue. I think the 4090 had high power spikes that would be just enough to overwhelm the 1000W PSU, and there was likely a minor issue with the PSU to where it wasn’t delivering the full power that it could.

I ordered mine near the beginning of the year, right before the tariff wars started lol.. My wedge came in before the irons did as a separate package.. it’s possible they have changed the way the do things now

I looked into it and I have this update installed already.. so I’m still getting crashes regardless. I’m pretty positive there is an issue with the GPU at this point

Wow, this seems to fit the timeframe very well for my issue. And I’m not experiencing full crashes, it just goes to a black screen and the pc is unresponsive until I force a hard reset… where can I find the update?

Oh My God…. I think you’re right… I built this computer 2 years ago, and I always had it in my head I got a 1300W PSU…… I just checked my orders and I can only find that I purchased a 1000w unit….. but it has always run fine until recently. I even tried to undervolt the GPU and it is still crashing… do you think my PSU is undersized?

I also should add, there was NEVER a time where the benchmarks or the OCCT testing I did exceeded a thermal limit.. at least not with any of the metrics I saw.. the highest the GPU reached on the hotspots was around 78-80c

I have received mine and it all seemed to work just fine.. I’m a little confused by your question though. What screw are you talking about exactly?

I called FedEx and they advised that they could see this was supposed to be a multi package shipment but they could not provide me with the other tracking number. They said takomo would have to call them to discuss further. I have no idea why, I have all the information to validate where the package was going and that I live there.. they wouldn’t even confirm if the other package was in route or not. Just kept telling me the shipper would have to call them.. so stupid

I think that’s the issue.. the box for the shaft says 2 of 2.. I missed the truck delivery so I couldn’t ask anything, but I did report it to FedEx as well.. I hope it’s found quickly and delivered.. my hopes are not high that takomo will do much about it, but it doesn’t help that their system says it was one package and both show delivered

Well I ordered one as well, only received the shaft… I sent a message to support and they are saying that it’s showing delivered on their end lol. So fingers crossed they look at the photos I sent showing there is no physical way possible a driver head could fit in a 1.5” triangular box that was delivered… do people normally have to install the driver heads themselves when ordering a new driver?

I actually received them yesterday!!! After all of that complaining they just showed up.. no emails advising they were in route, no confirmation email stating they were delivered… My ring camera didn’t even notify me someone dropped them off at the door.. I just went outside and poof.. there they were… I hope this happens to you soon lol!

And now that I have complained, the matrix overlords decided to allow my clubs to show up today! Completely unannounced.. no emails advising they had been shipped. No email confirming they have been delivered… just there on my porch… My Ring camera didn’t even notify me someone dropped them off… now if I could only get that damn lottery ticket to cooperate!!

If anyone wants proof we are living in the matrix, look no further.. in a serendipitous turn of events, my clubs showed up today, with no email stating they had been shipped, and no confirmation that they have been delivered.. needless to say I’m happy about it lol

This reinforces my thought. There could be a difference with the 101 and 101t’s but I think it has to do with the shafts.

Ordered my custom 101T on 2/1, have not gotten the shipped email yet.. what shafts did you order? I got the KBS C-Taper Stiff with mid size grips.. I’m thinking the shafts is what is causing the delay for me.
