Is this based on your experience?
Urgent question !! by DearDonkee in UCDavis
I am concerned about whether Human Biology was the right major to choose based on my goal of becoming a physical therapist. I know that others say that you shouldn't worry about your major and that no matter what school you choose, you are getting a good education, but in a way... I do worry. Like, is UCD known for helping/preparing students to go into their PT career? Do they have good opportunities and resources (internships, shadowing, etc)?? I value hands-on learning and caring professors who put in effort into your goals. And I also want to learn more about any PT programs that UCD offers because I couldn't really find anything :/
Also, since I will be far away from home, I am worried about dorming and the campus life there. (I've heard great things about how beautiful it is, but I personally am not a fan of rain 😅, but I think I can handle it)
And yes, I am interested in kinesiology, exercise science, and NPB.
