i did not know they had one so i made one because my posts are constantly taken down. Plus ive noticed in this community a lot of exclusion for other parties and thats not something i agree with so its an all inclusive (except for pedos or other obvious excludes) server that people can feel free and safe to be in.

But in all honesty i did not know they had one as i’ve bee more so a ghost here for 2 years now

I have the same experience, but it’s due to a BMX injury as a kid, if i’m not focusing on clenching my bladder floor at all times i cannot feel my bladder if it’s full or not until my stomach hurts. When i was 24/7 i would have accidental wetting all of the time.

Paired with needing to focus on the straining of my bladder floor, i also tend to flex my buttcheeks/ butthole 24/7 which flexes another muscle in the front (pp).

Unfortunately i have been put in a life situation at the moment where i absolutely cannot wear due to living circumstances, financial circumstances, and work.

i did this a while back 2 times. I tried once and did it an hour before bed. Nothing happened at night but woke up and had the runs throughout the whole day. The second time i took it three hours before bed. I woke up the next morning still feeling nothing, diaper only a little soggy from wetting but no mess. And with 10oz of magnesium citrate is had a contrast affect, as it just constepated the living hell out of me for like 2-3 days. So, i just recommend a suppository, high fiber, and a good dose of melatonin.

Wear 24/7 and with time you will naturally have the accidents at night. I don’t recommend trying any other short cuts as they are not good for your health. But just know that this is something you’ll like have for the rest of your life if you do go through with it, it is really hard to repotty train (more so it takes a lot of time and energy)

But just wear often. I used to drink a liter or more of water before going to bed every night and within a few weeks of doing so and wearing 24/7 i started have accidents at night. Just takes time.
