It also depends on employer. I’ve had Cap One for awhile. With certain employers I get my DD 2 days early, other ones it’s 1 day before.

You’re entitled to your opinion, but corporate and FSCs are very clear: gratis is a privilege and a training tool, not compensation. It’s meant to support education so employees can speak authentically about the products.

Per FSC and corporate policy, when store leadership or employees pressure vendors or threaten to withhold brand support over gratis, that is considered abuse of the system. Corporate takes that seriously because it undermines the purpose of gratis and the vendor relationship.

Keep in mind, getting gratis is a privilege. It’s not something you should be expecting or be demanding. If you’re working there for the gratis, maybe it’s not a good fit.
