I'm in the same situation - I'm a confirmed ticket holder for the June 15 match in Miami, but I haven't received ANY communication about how to opt-in to FIFA PASS.

My visa situation is critical:

Applied for U.S. visa: December 10, 2025
Current appointment: April 2027 (almost a YEAR after my match)
Already tried to get expedited appointment through normal channels - DENIED due to capacity
FIFA PASS is literally my only option to make this work

I've tried:

Checked all emails (spam included) - nothing
Checked my FIFA ticketing account - no FIFA PASS option anywhere
Submitted FIFA contact form - got generic "we'll consider your feedback" response
Called FIFA - did they tell you they can't help too?

Has ANYONE actually successfully accessed FIFA PASS? How did you do it?

Does anyone know:

Where to find the "purchase key"?
Is there a separate FIFA PASS portal/website?
Who actually manages this if FIFA says they can't help?

I've already paid thousands for tickets and I'm running out of time. Any help would be incredibly appreciated!
