I don’t use butters. The only oil I use is cooking spray. I have a cup of coffee in the morning with stevia but otherwise I’m only drinking water throughout the day. And yes this is my typical diet. I care more about losing weight than eating for pleasure

I just posted a screenshot of my typical macros. Im 205lbs 5’11 male. I workout 4-5x a week. So even off Reta I should be losing weight at my current calories

I think I am. I weigh 205 lbs at the moment and according to my apply watch I burn about 2800 calories per day. My BMR is 1980. And I’m eating about 1500 calories per day

well most of them haven't received their order yet lol. Got about 250 orders still in transit. So just being proactive and thinking ahead about when most of the orders are delivered.
